*By submitting my information as a Student-Athlete, I give permission to Cav Futures to use my Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) WHILE I AM ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS TO:
- introduce me to business partners and individual partners.
- promote me for promotional opportunities and engagements within the Cav Futures marketplace
- use my name and photograph on the Cav Futures website for promotion.
* I UNDERSTAND THAT BY ALLOWING CAV FUTURES TO PROMOTE ME FOR NIL OPPORTUNITIES I AM NOT AUTHORIZING CAV FUTURES TO ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENT WITHOUT WITH APPROVAL OR AGREEING TO COMPENSATE Cav Futures.
* I UNDERSTAND THAT ALLOWING CAV FUTURES TO PROMOTE ME FOR NIL OPPORTUNITIES DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT CAV FUTURES WILL FIND NIL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ME, OR ANY SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION TO ME FROM THIRD PARTIES FOR USE OF MY NIL.
* Submitting my NIL information to Cav Futures does not constitute any requirement for contract by Cav Futures. I RELEASE CAV FUTURES FROM ANY CLAIM CONCERNING USE OF MY NIL.
- It is Cav Futures’ intent to promote all participating Virginia student athletes in the marketplace for potential engagement on the basis of NIL
- I UNDERSTAND THAT I MAY REVOKE AT ANY TIME THE PERMISSION I HAVE GRANTED TO CAV FUTURES TO SEEK NIL OPPORTUNITIES BY NOTIFYING CAV FUTURES IN WRITING OF SUCH REVOCATION.
